A graduate of the Blue Sky School of Professional Massage and Therapeutic Bodywork, she specializes in oncology massage and techniques like Kinesio Tex taping and hot stone therapy. Her approach blends myofascial techniques with gentle heat to ease tension, relieve pain, and provide peace. Dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing space, Catherine’s compassionate touch brings comfort and calm to clients facing cancer treatments, chronic conditions, or end-of-life challenges, supporting both physical and emotional well-being.

As a disabled Army National Guard veteran, Catherine draws on her military experience to offer resilience, discipline, and a calm presence in her work. Inspired by her grandfather's stories of bravery and dedication, she feels a special connection to veterans, cherishing the chance to listen to and learn from their life-changing experiences.
